    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
    Proposals are hereby requested from qualified and experienced service providers for the Compilation of Annual Financial Statements of Dannhauser Municipality. Service provider will be expected to transfer skills to the relevant staff.

    Scope - The scope of work is in respect of the compilation of the Annual Financial Statements and provision of technical advice in respect of the Municipality’s audit queries that would be emanating from the Audit

    Bidders who score less than 80% on functionality will not be considered further for stage 2.

    Bidders will be evaluated in terms of the Supply Chain Management policy of Dannhauser Municipality and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted and the right to accept the whole or part of Bid or not to consider any Bidder not suitably endorsed is fully reserved by Dannhauser Municipality.
    Completed proposals in black ink and clearly marked “Compilation of Financial Statements” must be placed in the tender box at, Dannhauser Municipality building, Reception area, 8 Church Street, Dannhauser, 3080 or posted to Private Bag X1011 Dannhauser 3080, not later than 12H00 on the 26th May 2015.
    Telegraphic, telephonic, telefax, facsimile, email and late tenders will not be accepted. NB: The Municipality reserves the right not to appoint and is not compelled to take the lowest and can withdraw the tender at any time.
    Terms of reference will be available from the Budget and Treasury office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R200-00 for each document (either in cash or by means of a bank guaranteed cheque) made payable to Dannhauser Municipality. The deposit is to be paid at the cashier, Budget and Treasury office, 8 Church Street between the hours of 08h00 and 15h30 prior to the collection of the bid documents.
